Coaching
A steady partner for the decisions that matter
Coaching is a confidential, judgment-free relationship. Together we clarify where you are, name where you want to go, map what stands in the way, and commit to next steps you can actually take.
How it works
You bring the expertise on your life. I bring the questions.
Most leaders already know more than they think. Coaching creates the space to hear it. Sessions are curious and practical: we slow down, look underneath the presenting problem, and leave with something concrete.
Sessions meet online or in person at 55 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. Every package begins with a free discovery call.

Organizational coaching
A coach walks with your organization through every stage: identifying challenges, discerning your preferred outcome, taking stock of current resources, building strategies to get there, and giving you the tools to gauge your own effectiveness. You keep ownership of the work, and you never have to carry it alone.
A coaching relationship includes
- Pastoral listening and intentional questioning
- Organizational and congregational research
- Mission articulation and alignment
- Strength and resource development
- Project appraisal and retooling
