Course Description

1. Pricing is 1hr $250 a la carte; Package pricing available 2. The process of helping churches clarify their mission, align leadership and ministries, and create actionable strategies for growth, involves the assigned coach walking with a congregation to help them identify challenges, discern their preferred outcome, understand their current resources, create strategies to get from where they are to where they want to go, and help them with the tools to gauge their own effectiveness. A coach is not a consultant - we won't simply hand you a report and send you on your way to execute the report. A coach is with you each step of the way from helping you unlock your calling to getting you where you want to be. 3. A coaching relationship includes: Pastoral Listening and Intentional Questioning Congregational Research Initiatives Mission Articulation and Alignment Strength/Resource Development Project Appraisal and Re-tooling
