A coaching relationship is a judgement free zone where your unique calling and strengths are developed to align with the mission to which you are called. Sometimes coaching is needed in transitions into a new role our out of a new role. Sometimes it is because there are fresh challenges or an awareness of a need to adjust. Regardless of the moment in which you find yourself, your coach can help you discern, discover, and grow into your own calling or personal sense of well-being.
